Pork Stir Fry

It was so good last time we had to do it again in the same week. Fresh green and yellow beans with red peppers made it different in nearly every way. No curry this time either and the pork seemed tastier somehow!

Baked Chicken with Meatball Sauce

The leftover meatballs made a very interesting twist to tonight's baked breaded chicken. We were both surprised just how good meatballs with sauce went with baked chicken. Normally we don't mix two kinds of meat but this was a great and tasty mix. No potatoes, rice or noodles tonight. That's probably something we should do more often.
